The return is due the day after the event at the same pickup time.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Deposits will not be returned if the rental agreement is cancelled 3 days before your event.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


4. Damaged or Defective Items


Should you receive a damaged or defective item, it will be replaced with a non-damaged equivalent. We will review the item's condition with the customer before rental.
